Leila previously worked as an HR leader in a research and development-focused organization. During this time, due to her organizational experiences, she can easily immerse herself in organizational challenges. Since 2015, she has been exclusively involved in the development of organizations and individuals.

She views organizations as individuals and, if not well, seeks out the pain points and aims to assist in the healing process. Her sensors are so keen that if you even feel that something is not okay, reach out to her and pay attention to her questions.

Over the past 8 years, she has traveled the challenging path from a major consulting firm to successful freelance operation, gaining deep experience in the automotive, construction, pharmaceutical, telecom, manufacturing, finance, and energy sectors.

She believes that young people shape the future, so she teaches organizational psychology at BGE. One of Leila’s main principles is “Everyone is a different form,” so she works a lot on resolving tensions arising from differences and transforming them into values within a group. As an accredited coach, she focuses on how business interests can intersect with individual talents, visions, and well-being for leaders and talented colleagues.
