Kata has been working continuously since the age of 21, first as a sales representative for major multinational companies and later as a leader. She experienced early on that being a leader can be a lonely job, and acquiring 5 years of leadership experience precisely takes 5 years; unfortunately, there are no shortcuts to the goal. However, there is an acceleration lane if you have a credible, experienced development professional or a well-prepared and committed mentor beside you, who believes in you, sees you, and supports you. This realization prompted a career change in 2012, where she first found her place in HR and later deliberately on the development side, creating real value.

Kata is always working to create an environment where you feel comfortable looking at your current operation and then able to experience your possibilities in the given topic. Her primary goal is for every leader she works with to receive contemporary knowledge, personal experience, or that one sentence, question, with which they become stronger, more meaningful in their relationships, making their work time much more effective.
