Csaba Koncz’s curiosity towards understanding the world and human behavior has always been insatiable. Even more than that, he has been passionate about development. In his own words, here’s a glimpse of his story:

“An email. That’s how it started. I sent an email explaining to the recipient why I wanted to be a trainer-consultant. I had gained a lot of experience in various areas before that. I had been a sales manager in the telecommunications sector, a journalist in online media, a press officer and PR professional at the Comedy Theatre, and an editor-in-chief for a financial brand magazine. I hosted a radio show, wrote a report book. Oh, and originally, I graduated as a transportation engineer. I wrote all this in that email.

Then I sent it. I applied for a job that wasn’t advertised. I got hired. Since then, I’ve been helping others and myself develop as a trainer and coach. And in the meantime, everything (and everyone) interests me…”
